One at a time

Since my oldest daughter Sheila and her family have been back in America, Tom and I decided that we would like to have one on one time with each of her kids.  Although we LOVE being with everyone at once it's really hard to please everyone and spend the quality time with each individual that they are.  We had that opportunity this weekend to have time with Hudson.  It was AMAZING people!  I love this grandson.  He was so well behaved and seemed to love doing whatever we chose.  Hudson and I went hiking while Tom was working and Hudson learned about following a trail.  We also picked up some leaves and enjoyed nature and talking.  This boy is 7 and a wealth of information about wildlife.  He gets so excited about a lot of things.  It is contagious!  Fish was on the menu for dinner as he loves to eat that. We made treats, played some games and watched master chef Jr.  He had his choice of any bedroom to sleep in and guess where he chose?  On the floor in our room!  I loved it.  He also got a chance to play with a friend he hadn't seen in a few years.  Those boys had such a good time.  Here are some photos of our time together.  What a precious memory.  I hope he won't forget it, I know I won't.
