Bucket List, bucket list

I've never really had a bucket list until a few years ago when I watched the movie, Bucket List.  Maybe I was just too busy raising children and trying to get through each week to think about the things I would really like to do.
But the movie got me thinking and looking at my life, I realize that I have gotten to do many of the things I've wanted.
Travel is one of the top things I enjoy and I have been blessed to see a lot of our beautiful world. Whether it was anniversary trips with Tom, mission trips through our church, or visiting our daughter Sheila over seas,  it's a pretty long list. (A post for another day.)
One place that has been on my list for a while was going out west to the Grand Canyon.  CHECK! Mark that one off the list, just got to do that a month ago.  LOVED IT!
The one big thing I always said I wanted to do, and I mean BIG,  was skydive. The older I got the less I wanted to do this. The more I thought about it, the scarier it seemed. BUT a couple of years ago my daughter Alisha wanted to try it too and asked me if I would do it with her.  I figured if I didn't do it then I would never do it. And I had her support. Well,  I DID IT!  Craziest thing I have ever done! I did feel empowered that I conquered my fear.  It was an overwhelming experience.  Would I do it again?  Maybe, but probably not.  :)
Earlier that year I also went parasailing with Emily and Alisha at the beach.  That was exciting but not nearly as scary as skydiving.  Would I do that again?  Yep I believe I would!  Well on to my list now:

Disclaimer- My list can change any time I want.

1.  Go to Africa on a mission trip ( hopefully with my grandson Hudson someday when he's grown)
2.  Do a zip line somewhere. Preferably the mountains.
3.  Crash a wedding without being invited.  Not the reception but just the ceremony.  Maybe reception too.  I just want to go to a wedding of someone I don't know.
4. Go to Alaska with my husband. (maybe this will be our next anniversary trip)

Looking at this list....very doable I would say. I might have to add a more death defying thing!!!  ha ha ha....  That's all I got right now.  As I said this is all subject to change.  I will keep you updated! Below you will see pictures of some of my fun adventures.  Seize the day!
